The employee acts as the central point of organization, ensuring document integrity, traceability, and quality in a demanding technical environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Primary responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Documentary control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the entire document lifecycle (creation, revision, approval, archiving, distribution).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain the document structure in accordance with internal standards and customer requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure versioning, revision tracking, and registry management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check technical deliverables (reports, plans, matrices, protocols).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify that documents comply with standards, templates, and contractual requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize project documentation according to the quality list of certifications, competency cards, and mandatory training courses up to date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track expirations, reminders, renewals, and required training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the exchange of documentation between internal teams, partners, and clients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support contract management (letters, amendments, registers, official correspondence).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare, format, and ensure the linguistic quality of documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain records tracking requests, comments, QRTs, NCRs, deliverables, deadlines, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the confidentiality and proper filing of sensitive documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Working conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
